DESCRIPTION: ALLEGORY OF JUSTICE. Masterwork depicting the Allegory of justice whose protagonist is a putto: around his head and in a hand, we can see olive branches, symbol of peace, that indicate how happiness can be reached only deserving it and by the total balance of themselves: just as the two plates of the balance, ascending and descending. To throw himself feet and above him others putti admire him. In the entire scene warm colours prevail and they are interrupted by a blue sky in the extreme right a by the protagonist’s red drapery.

PROVENANCE: private Italian collection.
CONDITIONS: the work is in a good state of conservation.
