Description: Antique Food Chopper. Here is an OLD double rocker style chopper. It is very solid, heavy, and has a nice hardwood handle and steel blades. The blades are rusty as you can see in the pics, but these rocker style choppers date from the late 19th to early 20th century. It measures 6 inches high and 7 inches wide. The handle is riveted to the blades and there is no mfg. mark. A nice rustic piece, (pun intended), for your vintage kitchen or primitive collection! These are shown on pg. 27 of Linda Franklin's book on Kitchen Collectibles, and the bv was 20-45.00 in 1997.
