Description: Great Victorian Oak Carved Marble Top Stand, one of the best we have had in years! The oval inset top has a very deeply carved apron filled with three dimensional relief flowers, leaves, berries and ribbons. The inset is a rare cut of exotic marble with hues of gray, coral and beige. The graceful base has four outside tapered legs and an inside center pedestal all carved with leaves and a large base finial. The cross stretcher base has four shaped feet with more exceptional carvings and incising. This is a phenomenal and rare piece in pristine original patina and condition with some of the best oak carvings we have ever seen!
