Description: Gorgeous Cut Glass Punch Bowl Stand which may be attributed to the Meriden Glass Co. No broken teeth on the bottom rim and no chips. The small top end of the ring has a small rough spot which is not readily visible.This simple piece is cut on a good clear blank. The design consists of sixteen point stars with nail head diamonds cut in the center circle of the stars. There are panels of crosshatching inside kite shaped designs with fans which alternate with the panels that have flashed rays which radiate out from the stars. This beautiful piece is heavenly in its simplicity.
