Description: 19th century Louis XV hand carved desk or vanity. One deep drawer with oyster and floral carving as well as scrolled deep top allows this piece to be used for both as well as a table. Same design on both sides so that can be used out in a room. Wonderful antique cream painted patina with darker outling of the fabulous carving on drawer,acanthus leaves on knees,apron,high cabriole legs and escargot feet. Excellent condition and stable. Measures 35.5L X 30.5H X 23.5D.
