Description: Here we have just an exceptional piece of Americana! A vintage 1960's heavy gauge cast aluminum seahorse. This was used in either a playground or as a carnival ride. Really great looking with the original orange and black paint, that shows the outdoor age. Bar is 35" h x 25" w. Made by the Mexican Forge Company, which operated out of Reedsville, PA and is now no longer in business. Item is embossed with the name. You could hang the seahorse from your ceiling, display on a stand or fabricate an innovative chair. Very hard to find, I purchased this item with 2 other rides at a salvage yard in upstate, NY. I currently have all the figures listed on this site.
