Description:
Taxco Sterling Silver Choker Necklace
This is a great looking necklace to wear with just about anything you would like. It lays around the base of your neck, and would look beautiful around a turtle neck, or a bare neck. It is very classy looking with a beautiful vintage patina.
The hallmarks on the back read - "TF-19 - In a circle - Mexico and 925 with JRP in the center. (I think) The "T" number was put into usage around 1980 with the "T" meaning Taxco, the "F" the first initial of the artisan and the 19 showing that he was the 19th with that initial to register his mark in Taxco.
The cuff type necklace is flexible and measures approximately 13-3/4 inches from end to end with an opening of approximately 2-1/2 inches.
Do yourself a favor and buy yourself a present, or buy a present for someone special. This is a great piece of jewelry.
